The new season of Formula 1 has officially started with training in "Albert Park" in Australia, where the first race is scheduled on Sunday. This season, the 76th in a row, will be one of the winteriest because several drivers will attack for the title, and the trophy is defended by Max Verstappen, while the constructors' title is defended by McLaren.

The most interesting news in this season, something that was expected for a year, Hamilton's move to Ferrari. The Briton, who turns 40 this year, will try to win the title with Ferrari. Max Verstappen, as the defending champion, will be one of the main favorites to win a new title, but the biggest favorite to win the trophy this season will be the British Lando Norris. There are also Charles Leclerc, as well as Oskar Pjastri, who can possibly make a surprise from the second plan.
In the constructors' competition, the main favorite for the title at the end of the season is defending champion McLaren. Behind them is Ferrari, while the third favorite is Red Bull.
As for the teams and drivers, there are also some news. Let's go in order.
Pierre Gaschly will drive for Alpina this season, and Jack Duan, the recent test driver, will replace Esteban Ocon. This Australian is the son of legendary five-time Moto GP champion Mick Duane.
Aston Martin is the only team that has kept the same train set-up this season. Experienced Fernando Alonso and Lance Stroll will be the pillars of this team in the new season. The most hopes are placed in Fernando Alonso, who had great races last year, and expected him to adjust the messed-up accounts of the season. This is Spanac's 22nd season in Formula 1.
As we have already said, Lewis Hamilton will make his Ferrari debut, and Charles Leclerc will be with him. There is no clear division of who is the first or second driver in Ferrari this season, and the Italian team has been waiting for the title since way back in 2007. Whether Hamilton can provide them with that remains to be seen. Certainly, all eyes will be on Ferrari and Hamilton, who will try to restore their old glory.
Esteban Ocon arrived in the Haas team, and Olivier Bierman will drive with him. This team is still waiting for the first podium in the competition, and we will see if it will happen this season even though these drivers are expected to score a set of points.
Nico Hulkenberg and Gabriel Bortoletto will drive for the Sauber team. Sauber is thinking a lot about the next season in which this team will be Audi in transition, but points can be expected from these two trains. Bartoletto is the Formula 2 champion from last season.
The McLaren team is defending the constructors' title this season, and I am the biggest favorite to defend it. And Lando Norris is expected to make a step up from last season and take home the title. Oskar Pjastri also drove brilliantly last season, so expectations are high from him as well.
Homegrown George Russell will drive for Mercedes this season, as will newcomer Andrea Antonelli Kimi, a young Italian who Toto Wolff said has the kind of talent he's seen in Max Verstappen before. Although he is only 18 years old, Antonelli has a track record in Formula 1 and will be ready for his debut. As for Russell, the expectations are high from him like every season, and even to interfere or at least mess up the competitors for the title.
Isak Hadjar and Yuki Tsunoda will drive for Racing Bulls, Red Bull's "young sister", this season. The Japanese driver is known to drive great, but he is prone to beginner's mistakes, so he will stay at the same time this season, although he thinks he is ready to move to Red Bull. Hađar is one of the best drivers of Red Bull's junior program, who was the runner-up in Formula 2 last season.
Max Verstappen, as the first star of the team, and Liam Lawson will drive for Red Bull this season. No words should be wasted on Verstappen. A great champion, a great driver, very interesting to watch, and all that is expected this season, as well as a new title. As for Lawson, he is not a classic ruck, because in the last two years he made 11 appearances for Alfa Tauri and Red Bull. His task this season will be to support Verstappen.
Finally, the Williams team, which will be driven by Alexander Albon and the new clan of the Carlos Sainz team. It will be very interesting to follow these two drivers, who are expected to get some podiums, and certainly points.
As for the calendar this season, it is the next one.
The start is in Australia, this weekend, the main race is scheduled for Sunday at 3 p.m. Next weekend the caravan moves to China, then on the first weekend in April the race is held in Japan, and then from April 11 to 13 the competition in Bahrain. The fifth weekend, from April 18 to 20, will be in Saudi Arabia, and after a two-week break, the competition will be held in Miami on the first weekend in May. After America, there will be a mini-tour in Europe. The race in Italy is booked for May 18. The weekend after that brings us the famous street race in Monte Carlo, followed by the 1st Junabića race held in Spain. The European tour of the weekend in Canada, which is on the program from June 13 to 15. Then again Europe. From June 27 to 29, the Formula will be held in Austria, and then at the beginning of July in Great Britain. Round number 13 will be held in Belgium, and in the first days of August we follow Formula 1 in Hungary. After that, there will be a short towards the summer break, so on the last weekend in August, the caravan moves to the Netherlands. From September 5 to 7, a race on the famous track in Monza is on the program. The Azerbaijan Grand Prix is scheduled for September 19-21, and then it's off to Singapore in early October. From October 17th to 19th, we're watching the North American Grand Prix at the Circuit of the Americas. At the end of October, the caravan moves to Mexico, and at the beginning of November in Brazil, on the 22nd weekend we follow Formula 1 in Las Vegas. From November 28 to 30, the Qatar Grand Prix, the last competition weekend of this season, will be held in Abu Dhabi from December 5 to 7.
Expectations from this season are high, and we will all wish that it was last year again, from the middle of the season, when it was extremely interesting. If Max Verstappen had not recorded 7 wins in the first 10 races of last season, who knows what the outcome would have been in the end. But that's why this season it seems that the cars are closer than ever in terms of performance, at least certain teams, so we rightly hope that this year will bring us a new spectacle, and maybe a new champion.
