Bayern Munich cruised to a convincing 97:82 win over Žalgiris in Lithuania, even though the hosts were favorites. Bayern made a strong start from the start and had a 14-point advantage at halftime, and by the end, they only increased that difference. Obst was the most effective in German time with 26 points, along with Edwards who scored 24. Francisco was the best in Zalgiris with 33 points.

Alba made a surprise and finally won and registered only the fourth triumph. They were better than Maccabi in Belgrade with 93:87. They controlled the match and were in the lead all the time, increasing their advantage with every quarter. Alba's most upbeat player was Večer with 22 points and 5 rebounds, while for Maccabi Blat he recorded 16 points and 9 assists.

In the French derby, the Paris team won 91:82 over Lyon at home. Lo scored the most, 18 points, followed by Ward with 16 for Paris. Roberson had 20 rebounds and 5 rebounds, and Maledon followed with 18 points for Lyon.

The biggest surprise of the round was made by Milan, who defeated the current European champion, Panathinaikos, on their home field with 87:75. Milan was ahead in the first half, and the "greens" held on until the third quarter, which the home team won with 14 points. Zach LeDay was the most effective with 33 points with 8 rebounds, followed by Mannion with 14 points. For the Greek team, Slukas scored 22 points and 6 assists, while Nan scored 18 with 5 assists.

In the derby of Spanish teams, Baskonia beat Barcelona on their home field with 88:86. It was very uncertain during the entire match, which was expected, and in the end, the home team had more concentration and turned it into a victory. With 22 points and 9 rebounds, Moneke was the most effective for the home side, while his countryman Metu scored 14 points for Barcelona.

Fenerbahçe welcomed Virtus and started violently from the start and eventually came to a 95:81 triumph. Marko Gudurić was in the best mood with 17 points, followed by McCollum with 15 for the Turkish representative. Sengelia scored 35 points for the guests with five rebounds.

Monaco and Real Madrid played a great match in France, which was full of twists and turns, and in the end, the home team prevailed and won 77:73. Strazel was the most effective for the home team with 13 points, while Kalates scored 12 with 10 assists. For Real Madrid, Hezonja was in the best mood in this match with 15 points and 8 rebounds, while Ljulj scored 12.

Olympiakos, with a lot of trouble, managed to win over Ephesus at home by 92:89. As usual, the home team's best player was their best player, Vezenkov with 26 rebounds and 9 rebounds, and Fournier added 20. In the Ephesus team, Bryant scored 21 points.

In the last, but most interesting, match of this round, Red Star celebrated in a bigger derby against Partizan in the "guests" by 73:71. Both of them played the entire match very nervously and with many fouls, and one such reckless foul by the home players a second before the end, with the score tied, gave Red Star a chance to win with free throws. Out of three throws, Nedović scored the first two and then intentionally missed the third. Partizan players had no time to do anything. The best among Zvezda was Petrushevs with 17 points and 8 rebounds, followed by Bolomboy with 14 points and 8 rebounds as well. In Partizan, Karlik Jones was the only one in the mood, so he finished the match with 20 points.

Olympiakos leads the table with 17 wins and 7 losses. Fenerbahce has a score of 16-7 but one match less, while Alba with 4 wins and 20 losses is still at the bottom of the table.
